Terms and Conditions: $25 Visa Gift Card Giveaway

By participating in the $25 Visa Gift Card Giveaway ("the Giveaway") offered by Onramp Funds ("the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

  • The Giveaway is open to all individuals who integrate their store with Onramp Funds during the promotional period.
  • Participants must meet the requirements specified in the promotional materials.
  • The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Promotional Period:

  • The Giveaway starts on November 6 2023 and ends on November 30, 2023
  • The Company reserves the right to end the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

Prize:

  • Participants who successfully integrate their store during the promotional period will receive a $25 Visa Gift Card.
  • The Gift Card will be delivered to the participant via email during the first week of December following the end of the promotional period.

Prize Acceptance:

  • The $25 Visa Gift Card is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  • By participating, winners agree to allow Onramp Funds to use their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy:

  • All personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Onramp Funds' Privacy Policy.

General Conditions:

  • Onramp Funds reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.
